When machining precision mechanical parts in mechanical processing plants, the surface of metal processing workpiece can not have scratches, scratches, errors mainly include spindle rotation errors, guide rail errors and transmission chain errors. Spindle rotation error refers to the change of the spindle relative to its average rotation axis, which will directly affect the accuracy of the workpiece. The thermal deformation has a great influence on the machining error, especially in the precision machining and large machining, the machining error caused by thermal deformation sometimes accounts for 50% of the total error of the workpiece.
