Q: What if your company can't deliver the goods according to the delivery date required by the contract?

Q: What if the processing drawings need to be modified after signing the contract with your company?

Answer: If the parts to be modified have not yet been implemented, the quotation shall be made again according to the modified drawings. If the parts have been implemented, the cost of the implemented parts shall be paid in addition to the quotation.


Q: Have your products been tested? Can you provide the inspection report?

Answer: The products sent by our company to customers are qualified parts that have been strictly inspected. The company promises 100% inspection of all parts, but the inspection report is of 5 random samples. The goods will be packed separately when delivered.


Q: Your company is specialized in processing small batches and varieties. How to ensure that the materials are qualified when purchasing materials.

Common materials are purchased in batches from approved and qualified wholesalers, obtained quality assurance certificates, and sampled for material analysis. After confirmation, the material number is marked, and the warehousing time, supplier, quantity, and spare parts are recorded.

Special materials shall be analyzed immediately upon arrival, and then enter the production process after being qualified. For all parts processed with general materials, we provide material warranty when delivering, and for parts processed with special materials, we provide material analysis report.


Q: Can your processed parts be exported by yourself?

Q: Your company has the design and production of non-standard equipment on its website. How about the business contact process?

A: Usually, we will arrange professional design engineers to communicate with customers. If we think the company is capable of undertaking, we will ask the customer to provide the design and production assignment. Simple equipment shall be quoted at one time. For more complex equipment, we usually report the design fee first. After the design is approved by the customer, the production fee shall be reported according to the design. During the equipment acceptance, the company is only responsible for the technical indicators of the design and production assignment. If the customer wants to add additional requirements, the quotation process needs to be supplemented.                


Q: After the equipment is delivered, can the customer request to provide a complete set of equipment drawings?

Answer: We only provide the general equipment drawing, electrical schematic diagram and drawings of vulnerable parts. If a complete set of drawings is required, another quotation shall be made.


Q: How does your company pay?

A: We will evaluate the confidence of different customers and give corresponding payment methods. Customers who come to the company for the first time usually pay 30-50% in advance (according to the proportion of material cost to the total amount) because they cannot evaluate them. After the parts are completed, they will be delivered in full. Invoicing. In the future, the payment method will be adjusted according to the company's confidence evaluation.
